Waitlist Terms

These terms apply to signing up for the waitlist for the IT Asset Management SaaS product offered by Almokhtar Alelewi (hereinafter "Provider") at thechosenbyte.com/asset. The waitlist is intended exclusively for companies and commercial users (B2B).

Signing up for the waitlist is:

• a non-binding expression of interest
• not a purchase agreement, subscription, or paid order
• not a guarantee of access to the product or a specific launch date

The Provider will notify registered parties by email as soon as access becomes available. No legal right to access exists.

Registration is open exclusively to:

• Companies, public authorities, and commercial organisations based in the EU
• Individuals acting on behalf of a company with authorisation to do so

Registration by private individuals is not intended.

By signing up, you consent to the Provider contacting you by email regarding:

• Availability of access to the product
• Material changes to the product or launch timeline
• Relevant updates relating to the waitlist

Your data will not be shared with third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing a.alelewi@thechosenbyte.com. Your data will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

The Provider reserves the right to:

• close or discontinue the waitlist at any time
• notify registered parties by email of material changes
• update these terms — the current version is always available at thechosenbyte.com/waitlist-terms

German law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Fellbach.
